600 mile trip on horseback is pretty hardcore and I could see why he might need a little refreshment. I cant condone the hitting and animal cruelty charge but come on " riding while intoxicated " This coming from the state that allows people to use marijuana. Wonder if you can blaze up a fatty while riding in Colorado.
