Which Tripod

What would be a good tripod that is fairly lightweight and has some sort of handle, Right now I have a vortex Skyline on a Vortex High Country Tripod and it isn't very stable, any reccomendations.

I have a gitzo travelor that is super light, compact, and is worth every penny. Before my gitzo I went through 5 tripods and was constantly having problems. It is definitely worth paying a little additional for a quality tripod and head. There are lots of internet specials where you can save $.
