Why so many Utah subjects in General forum?

Why is a topic on KSL posted in the General forum? Utah forum seems a bullseye for the thread. A few of us live in the frontier beyond the state borders where KSL is not a critical item.

There was a national article months ago that said KSL was one of the top websites for private transfer gun sales. At the time KSL even did a survey whether or not they should continue gun classifieds.

Is this topic then in and of itself not misdirected in the General form as its contents speak of a "Utah" issue???

KSL is available to Idaho, Utah, Wyoming...etc.
