Wild game jerky place northern utah

I’m looking for a place to take mountain goat meat to get jerky made in Logan, Brigham, or Ogden area.
any suggestions?

You really can’t beat their jalapeño cheddar salami.

+1 on the jalapeno cheddar salami. They do get full fast so I wouldn't just show up. Also be careful transporting heads across state line with brain material in them.

I took it to Anderson meat in Grace Idaho. Turned out good.
