Wyoming White tail

I drew a unit 145-3 tag, does anyone know the unit? Live there? Know any land owners who would let me hunt?

A whitetail on public land there is rare. And you won’t find them very far from the salt river. And pretty much all of that is private. It would benefit you to go there now and start knocking on doors asking for permission.

Getting permission for private access would be wise. There is a public access area (at least has been) off the narrows (between Thayne and Grover). Usually a few whitetail in that area.
