........unless you remember road trips with Dad, Mom, your siblings and stopping at those roadside cement picnic tables for lunch. Mom made the very best fresh grated pimento cheese sandwiches, cut on an angle. Salted fresh tomatoes and ice-cold whole milk out of the Igloo jug!!

I'm older than dirt because I remember Sequoia Park and those cement benches.

I had lunch on those concrete picnic tables at a rest stop just last week.
Of course my food didn’t look as good as Blank’s.
On the way to the beach I had a pork chop sandwich and on the way home I had a leftover mahi sandwich.
