Zen-Ray or Leupold HD

I have the opportunity to buy either the Zen Ray 10x43 ED's or the Leupold 10x42 gold ring HD's. Which should I get? The leupolds are 200.00 more.

I looked through some Zen's and was amazed at how nice they were. Best glass for the money IMO.
