    Trail cams

Of the 2 mentioned I prefer the moultrie, however I get a lot of pics and have my cams out year round so I use Bushnell trophy cams. 32gb cards, 25k pics, batteries have never failed. Night motion pics are blurry sometimes. That's my only complaint. I have 9 of them and zero failures. For $140...

    Need a new rifle

got rid of the tikka t3 lite when I bought a sako a7. WOW - what a rifle! I loved the Tikka, but wouldn't own another after buying this rifle. Sako A7 gets my vote.

I have 2 of the 2011 frames. No issues down to 12 degrees for me. Not sure of the difference in waistbelts from year to year.

    Unit 10 - Arizona

So I finally drew my dream tag. Earl archery bull. I've been fortunate enough to scout 9 days so far and have seen a couple decent bulls. I'm familiar enough with the unit now to start asking for advice from previous tag holders. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Wade

    AZ DEER RUTTING??

I spent the weekend in So AZ and YES they're rutting big time down there, Not just "running"with the does if you catch my drift. This is the earliest I've seen the full blown rut in several years. Might be due to the better water year than the last few years in addition to the colder than...

    AZ 24A Muzzleloader deer

Thanks for your reply, I'd given up on hearing anything from this post. Since I posted I've been up scouting a couple of times. I've been in the Seven mile wash area {via rd 303} I heard it does get alot of traffic. But it does look good. I didnt scout much in the southern part of the unit...

    Slick Tricks

I used Slick Tricks for the first time this year on my speedgoat hunt. Never took a shot while huntin so I can't talk about penetration. But as far as flying like field points? I'd say yes, or at least MUCH closer than any other broadhead I've ever used.{and I've used several diff. brands}...

    Need new hunting boots

Hardest wearing boots I've ever owned are Meindls. Ive hunted in em going on 4 yrs now and they're not even begun to look worn out. They're comfortable but not cushy. Cabelas usually carries several models. Not cheap either I think I paid around $150. I'm sold on em. I believe they're German made.

    AZ 24A Muzzleloader deer

I've got a any antlered muzzleloader deer tag in 24A this year. I'm leaning toward concentrating on mulies but would be delighted to score on a nice coues as well. I've hunted javalina in some of the southern portions of the unit near Winkleman several years ago, but am not real familiar with...
