If your hunting 3A,3C call Burnt Timber Outfitters, you won't do any better than them.

Why are non-residents being treated differently than residents in the proposal ? Why not change the system for everyone ? Let me guess.... Non-Residents now are drawing 10% of the premium tags. IMHO, More residents will draw tags under this system, not non residents.
