I just found out that I drew one of the four yearling Bison tags in 5B for January 2023. I had been applying for 23 years and had 36 points.

My CC shows a charge to AZGFD for $350. It looks like I'm hunting a yearling bison in 5B. Yoohoo, it only took 23 years and 36 points.

I was able to secure a non-res muzzle loader antlered mule deer permit for unit 11, 12, 13, 22, 23, 24, 131, 211, 231. Not too spectacular but I get to hunt this year.

My CC was hit for a deer tag and sandhill crane permits. With 16 points my first two choices for deer were 12BW late and 12AW late. Yoohooo

I have drawn the buck antelope permit for unit 161. Does anyone have any information on the antelope herd north and west of Walden, Co? The last time I hunted this unit was 2007 and I killed a decent buck.

I have drawn a population management cow elk archery permit for the Round Valley hunt in unit 1-2. Does anyone have info on the whereabouts of the elk if they are not on the private ranches I will have access to?

My dad and I have drawn the muzzle loader deer tags in the Panguitch area this year. Can anybody give me input on how the heard is doing this year? Any particular areas I should stay away from or any areas that are holding deer this year? Any help would be great. Thanks

I have used the 250 grain Barnes EZ on 2 Deer, 1 Antelope and two elk. The bullet has killed each of these animals in thier tracks. I would recommend this bullet for bull elk as long as you are shooting within 100 yards and are hitting him in the proper place. Good luck.

I checked pending charges on 5-13, 5-14, 5-15 and 5-16. It didn't show until the 16th even though the charge was approved on the 13th

My Cabelas card was hit today. The charge shows that it was made on 5-13 but didnt show up until today. Im headed to Panguitch for a MZ deer hunt.

Well, I never got to shoot at an elk last season so I wont know whether a fixed or expandable would have made a difference. Unit 9 is a tough hunt during the late season. I have shot three deer with the rage and am very pleased with the performance. Ill be looking forward to 2016.

I spent July 22 through 27, 2013 in that area and saw very few deer. The deer that I did see were does and fawns. I probably wouldnt put in for that general area tag. Go shoot a bear.

My boys drew the unit 7 Jr hunt for deer this year. I plan on doing a lot of scouting before Oct but is there a a good place to start? I know there are alot of elk in the area but is there an area in 7 better for deer?
