I drew that 46 bull tag two years ago it was the best hunt I've ever done. Seen 180 bulls in four days. The one I shot I past 4 times before deciding to take him. I live in unit 46 so if ya need any help hit me up.

You can also hunt unit 47 you would probably have better luck in that unit archery hunting.

The wife and I got it done. She got hers opening day and I got mine the next. It was a nasty opening day only being able to see 100 yards or less. My wife is a badass helped me pack my buck out 4 miles in 6 inches of snow.

I need a pack

Well this has to be the coolest hunt I have ever done. We seen 180 bulls in 5 days. This was not the biggest one we seen but there was a lot of pressure and hard to get on anything. This one has some great character thanks to the help of my good friends Tim Breck and Mitch Olsen for all there help.

Been trying to put the smack down on this buck no luck yet

I shot this one out in 46 last year big old deer regressing his bases are almost 8inches

Well it's been 21 years since I have drawn a tag. It finally paid off I drew a drew a December bull tag in 46 I couldn't be more stoked right now good luck to everyone.

That bull is also on facebook "Idaho bucks and bulls report" It says it green scores 405ish

The way it reads the people already in for the June draw are in for the 283 tags.More people cant put in for those 283 tags they have to wait til the second chance draws in August.I called F&G just to confirm that and they said yes thats the way it is.

Nothing again that's 20 years since I drew a tag Idaho is so great

Where were you planning on hunting? My camp is up at fish creek. i was up there last weekend and if you let out a cow call they would turn and run even lone spikes. When i was up there on the 12th they were talking pretty good in the mornings. I think these storms we are having i making them act...

That's funny 26 big bucks ears average 23 to 24 wide. I would say 29 30 aswell. They have a nice color to rem too.

Yeah its magic last Thursday we were catching perch between 6 and 15 inches it was a great day.

Not a bad day out on the ice, a little on the chilly side but well worth it we caught at least 150 perch and 5 rainbows.

That third buck has a pretty cool throat patch.

Just wondering if anyone has been doing any steelhead fishing on the Boise river lately and if so any luck. I thought about taking a trip over there and try my luck.

I would say the first one is low 180s but its hard to say not being able to see his left side and the other I would say high 150s to low 160s
