Anyone know this guy? Got about 19 minute span of pictures of him attempting to steal one of my trail cams. Busted the lock off, bent the lock box up, but couldn't get the camera out due to the cable lock. Camera and box are trashed.
Awesome pics Aaron and passthrough. I can honestly say the'12-'13 huning season was a blessing. Between my brother, my dad, and I, 9 animals were taken.
I started the season off right, taking a 72" antelope with my bow.
Next up was archery deer. I took an awesome 108 6/8" coues deer.
Then...
LAST EDITED ON Mar-27-13 AT 02:37PM (MST)[p]Here is the oryx my little brother Tyler shot yesterday morning. We hunted 10 days this month, and passed up several oryx in search of a trophy over 30". We saw a total of 16 oryx during those 10 days. With a missed opportunity at a nice bull opening...
Here is the cow that my little brother shot on the second morning of the hunt. The hunt was very difficult due to the snow. We were unable to get the camp trailer into our camping spot due to the snow and ice, so we ended up camping an hour and a half from the area we wanted to hunt.
I got that buck back in september up in the the Black Range wilderness. Hunted 5 days before my little brother and I were able to find this buck. After a 2 hour stalk, I had him on the ground. His main beams are 21" long!
Here's the buck I harvested Monday. Stalked in to 82 yards and waited for hm to stop looking my way so I could stand up. He ended up walking by me at 30 yards and saw me as I drew. He ran out a ways and I guessed him at 60 yards and hit him perfect. This was my first antelope hunt, so I was...
Ya I have guided several ibex hunters. I took a youth hunter out a couple years ago and he shot a 45" billy. This year I guided a rife hunter and he shot a 47" billy, and we got a 45" on the first archery hunt. I usually use a big yucca stalk as a walking stick, and boy do they help. I will post...
Archery antelope unit 26, archery deer, and javelina for me. Brother drew YOUTH IBEX, youth oryx, archery deer and javelina. Cousin also drew youth ibex, 16A 3rd archery hunt for elk, youth unit 17 deer, barbary sheep, and javelina.
Yes they are sending out e-mails.
Game and Fish website:
"The Department of Game and Fish will send e-mails to successful applicants Thursday evening and post all draw results to customer accounts on the department website Friday. That's five days earlier than expected this year and a more than...
Well I hope this isn't the case, but then again I do. It's only showing a 0 for antelope and javelina for me... But I put in for a deer hunt that has had leftovers for the past 3 years and its showing -53? If this is the case though my brother drew oryx ibex and javelina!
