Anyone have any experience with the Grim Reaper mechanical broadheads? Thinking about using them for my January mule deer hunt here in NM. I like the design and the bone buster chisel tip just looking for input from folks who have shot animals with them.

I shoot a Stother Inspire for my 3D bow and really like it. They dont have much valley on them so your either on the back wall or its wanting to pull you down. Figure out your limit on what you want to spend then go to a archery shop near you and shoot. Shoot all of them and see which one fits and feels best.

Absolutely!! You go find your elk that you have shot! He's down somewhere and its your responsibility to locate and recover him. DO NOT go after another one you have an animal on the ground find it.
