Now that Jennings has lost his senate seat, maybe we can get rid of the jennings law. Sure would go a long way in getting our landowner program straigtened out.

Well we have a new record. The smallest qualifying ranch for and elk tag in NM is now 1 yes 1 acre! The "ranch" is in unit 15, and recieves a unit wide MB tag this year. I am not against all landowner tags, but at some point the abuse of a well intentioned program has to be obvious?

Which unit would you prefer for a coues tag and why?

At what age did you take your youngster to hunter ed? I have an 8 year old who is begging to go hunting. When I was growing up back east you had to be 12 before you could hunt. I just am on the fence about starting him to early? Jason
