Best Hunting Arrows Available?

I'm currently shooting Carbon Express Maxima Hunters and am at the point where I need to buy more arrows and am considering switching over to a smaller diameter arrow for more penetration.

In your opinion what is the best arrow available for western hunting and why?

I shoot Gold Tips and think they are great too, but the best arrow will always be the one that is spined properly for your setup, reagarless of brand.
