Edison lake

Edison lake is way down, but there are still a few trout.
Catch & release.
(OK, we may have eaten a few.)

From the looks of it, Edison lies in the Southern Sierra. I have never been there, but it's a pretty lake. The last two photos appear to show a hint of gold on that brown and what I believe to be a rainbow. Are these fish hybrids? Pretty wild if they are. I would not have guessed that goldens and browns could produce viable offspring.

Top fish is a bow, Kamm Loop I believe. The next two are browns. No Goldens in that lake that I know of.

I have fished Wishion in the past.
Wishion is similar to Edison, a bit smaller and a lot easier to get to.
