Is there any downfall/ drawback to putting in for all the elk tags?

In my opinion, not at all, especially if you just want to go elk hunting. Since NDOW implemented the draw order last year, you are assured that your bull applications will be considered before cow and spike applications. Putting in for all hedges your bets and lets you accrue bonus points for all elk classes. I drew a cow last year and SHOULD draw a spike this year based on bonus point levels. I still have three years left on my waiting period for regular bull, but praying like hell my number hits for the Ruby Depredation Bull!
