Found dead buck on La Sal

Not sure if this is the best place to post this.

If you shot a buck on the La Sal in the last week and didn't find it. Describe it to me and where you were and I'll give you the gps coordinates.

You may also want to let the DWR know, possibly the hunter has reported it to them as well. Although, you then never know what the DWR will do w/ the info...

I contacted them. It is a really nice deer, if no one claims it I would like to keep him. They haven't emailed me back yet.

Unfortunately, according to the regs, they "may" let you keep it if it is "clear that the animal died of natural causes."

Sounds like unnatural causes to me...
