Here's my 13 year old grandson Gage with his first Texas
mule deer. My son-in-law and me tried to get him within shooting range Saturday after a 2 mile hunt but ran out of time with the sun setting. He named him Demon Buck because of his right horn. On Sunday we spotted him with some does and and managed to sneak over a hilltop and get within 70 yards. He put him down with one shot. He's killed a few smaller whitetail in the past. He was super excited. On the way back to the house he said he was still shaking. Great memories!!
