how does the draw work,

Im looking at muzzy. season first.
but with out any points I'm mot sure if i'll get it.
second choise is first season rifle.
What do you think the chanches are?

Do they first go thru all the first picks.
then hit the second choice?

If i get mine in early does it make a diff?

Some have entered over the phone, and visa, does it give them a better chance?

I assume you are talking about Colorado.

I know people who have drawn a bull first choice for the statewide muzzleloader season, you might draw without points, you might not. They draw all people with points first and then people without points if there are licenses left. You should be able to access via the DOW's web site how many points were needed for last year.

It is not supposed to make a difference when or how you put in, it is supposed to be a randon computer draw, points first, and then without points, and then second choice and so on.

I know people who swear by getting their app's in early but I don't belive it, can't hurt though.
