Jacob's Lake

Last week I travelled through the area to get to Lake Powell for a family vacation. We stopped in the Jacob's Lake Inn and bought some cookies. Anybody else tried their cookies? I will put in for that unit next year just for the cookies. Their cookie in a cloud and ginger snaps were our favorites, but they were all good.

O Ginger snaps there my favorite.Where is Jacobs lake? I'll be in Arizona next month maybe i can make a detour.

The Inn is located in Unit 12 on highway 89 by the entrance to the north rim. The cookies are worth the stop. The area was getting some serious rain when we were passing through.

Try their chocolate shakes and their Grand Bull Burger at the bar....Great Combination....the chocolate cloud cookies are great for dessert.

punched it in to maquest ouch 165 miles from highway 40.Thats a long way to go for a Cookie regardless of how good it is.Maybe i'll just wait till i draw a Deer tag for the area.
