Well been off her for about three months now try to sit here and catch up with what is going on. But the left knee kept me away but getting better with the weekly exercising at P.T. class each week. Been watching a few younger gals and guys doing some of their training and they make it look easy but for this 75 y.o. I keep trying and pushing and am getting better after only a month now. Had the left knee done on Dec. 6th around 2:45pm and was up walking around the hospital halls that night at 10:30pm I thought I had this surgery whipped and the next morning I was back doing it again. After I went to exercising classes and the instructor even told me he was amazed at my flexability in the knee I thought I was Superman. Went home later that same day and then the next morning is when reality sit in, the meds wore off and I was hurting trying to bend the knee.
Almost 7 weeks and I am doing better and hope to hit the hills this fall somewhere.
The surgery was done by Robotic Machine operated by the Surgeon and his computer. It took 16 staples to close up the incision.
