Mild Midwest Winter- how's it out west?

With the mildest winter of my life here in the midwest, what kind of winters are you having out west? CO, WY? I'm hoping that they are milder out there too and easy on the animals. Let me know.

I was just out in Wyoming for a few days at the start of March and it seemed pretty mild
