Moose question

I think I and my wife have enough points to draw either units 17 or 18 for moose in Wyoming next year. Years ago it seemed to me the quality of bulls in 17 was a bit better than 18. With the wolfs and changing times does anyone have some more recent knowledge about the quality in these units.

I had area 18 in 09 and took an ok bull. I think 17 is a little better on the size of the bulls. I cashed in my points because of the wolf problem. Not much help, but I do know it's not getting any better.
