This year found my daughter with her second Nevada junior tag. Even though she took a respectful first deer (22" 3x4), she wanted to go big or go home this year. We hunted high and low this year in search of a nice buck for her. As anybody hunting in Northern Nevada this year knows, the weather conditions have been a definite factor. We found this buck on our 5th day out hunting. After a 1400 yard stalk, we thought this guy gave us the slip. We decided to try one more angle on him, and sure enough, there he was bedded at 70 yards. She had to make an off hand shot and smoked him. She couldnt be happier with her second Nevada Mulie!!
