Preference point purchase question

I drew sheep and bison so I withdrew my elk app. I am currently unable to buy a point online, and as of today, I did not gain a point for this year. I want to make sure I get my elk point, anyone ever run into this problem? I am calling them twice to see what they say, hopefully I et the same answer twice!

They don’t give points for an unsuccessful app, you have to buy them. Call and ask for licensing and they will reset your elk app so you can buy the point.

I got it figured out, FYI if you start to buy and stop you need to clear the cache on your computer. Thanks!
