Smoke in the Gila

Has any one been down around Magdalena area. I want to plan a scouting trip in 16E but dont want to get smoked out. I was wondering how bad the air is?
 
Spent the last 10 days in 16A. We only had one morning of smoke. It lifted by mid morning. The smoke seems to be blowing north of that whole area.
