LAST EDITED ON Mar-13-13 AT 09:59PM (MST)[p]I took a quick trip to Antelope Island this evening (3/13) with my girls hoping to catch a decent sunset and perhaps see a few animals.
I was a little surprised to spot a group of bucks still carrying their antlers. It was never unusual to see bucks still packing this late where I grew up in Southern Utah, but I thought it a little unusual this far North. Is anyone else still seeing bucks that haven't shed? I assume most of the bigger bucks have done so. The sunset was somewhat thwarted by the clouds, but I did manage one shot that I like. Enjoy.
(I like the little two-point with a kicker...good genetics I guess)
