My friend has a late Manti tag and over the first few days we have seen maybe 400 elk, but not one mature bull. Obviously we are looking in the wrong places. Is there anyone that has hunted the Utah late season willing to share any advice? I had to come back to work, but I am keeping in touch with my friend every day. He has 2 other guys also helping and spotting, so hopefully they will find something soon. Anyway, any help or advice would be appreciated.
