Wyoming Frustration

I put in for general tag G with 1 point and didn't draw as a nonres. Last year, there was 100% success for this tag with 1 point. Unbelievable! Anyways, how does the leftover tag thing work? Is there still a chance that I can get a tag? Thanks for your help.

1 point last year was max points. This year 2 points was max points. They had a tuff winter last year from what I heard. As far as left over tags I am not sure.

There should be left over tags for region J. There usually are.

There are leftover licenses for 9 regions and a big number of other areas. Check the lists at the Wyo G&F website. Some of those can be solid hunts. I'm not a fan of region J on public lands, but if you have private access, it can be good. Other areas might be much better of you are going on public lands.
