Hatchet? Hello 1940. Want some flannel with that request?Does Havalon make a hatchet with a disposable head? I don't know how to sharpen a hatchet.
I've got a plastic orange hat. And a pair of Toughskins.Hatchet? Hello 1940. Want some flannel with that request?
Should of bought a custom saw with teeth made from the same steel RELH’s knives are made from (dragons scale if you didn’t already know).I used to fell timber for a living but I went broke buying disposable chains for my saw.
One of my sisters leases one of her buildings to hatchet throwing place. She said the place is always packed. A college town. You missed the point boys- hatchet throwing is in . Using them in the woods not. ?
I hadn't even heard of it and they already had one here 2 years ago. Now they have something new - it js called escape rooms. You go in with 2 to 8 people and find a way to escape. If someone had egg salad for lunch everyone would want to escape. One of my sisters leases one of her buildings to hatchet throwing place. She said the place is always packed. A college town.
Ummm escape rooms have been pretty popular for 10 years now.I hadn't even heard of it and they already had one here 2 years ago. Now they have something new - it js called escape rooms. Newspaper? I suppose people who read a physical copy of a newspaper would buy custom knives...and viagra.slightlysober sounds a little jealous because he does not have the talent to make a knife or even to sharpen one. I am still waiting on those pictures of the custom knives you have been given and are not any good for edge retention. OH! when you take the pictures, be sure to show a recent newspaper with the date in the photo. I would not want you to copy a photo you found on the web. Not that i do not trust you.

Big difference, Japan is a free country but I’d take the HatfieldNewspaper? I suppose people who read a physical copy of a newspaper would buy custom knives...and viagra.
Do you put a sticker on your knives that say “this contains a substance known to the state of California to cause cancer?
Do you put proudly made in the state of California on there?
Which is worse, a knife from Japan or a knife from California ??
These are all very good reasons to buy a Bob knife. The last one especially as it’s way more entertaining to watch you two argue than it would be to watch someone stand and yell at a machine.Newspaper? I suppose people who read a physical copy of a newspaper would buy custom knives...and viagra.

I guess we are not going to see those custom knives that SS claims to have. Then again a Walmart Chinese knife might just be a custom to someone like Slightlysober.

DO YOU NOT TAKE A SHEATH MOTHER #%$@#$@? That adds up too.Where do you get 2 lbs. Most custom hunting knives weight about 10 ounces and a small Lansky diamond stone is about 2 ounces.
We are not talking Rambo knives with a 8-10 inch blade. My 44 mag is no where near 20 lbs and I do not wear a 5 lb belt buckle and that goes for most hunters that do not pack a Havalon.
Why don't you just say you prefer to use a Havalon and not make up the B.S. you did above trying to prove your point. Tells alot about your creditability on the point you are trying to make
by slinging the B.S.
I have no problem with a hunter that prefers using a Havalon as I have said before, they have their place. They are just not for me and numerous other hunters that prefer a stronger blade in the field.

This is funny too. The first year was a learning experience. But, now I can bag up an elk in warp speed with a Gerber Vital. mtmuleyThe ONLY reason to own a havalon is because you‘re lazy. Or if you do fish or paws I suppose.
Impossible. What if you need to beat something during the field processing? This is funny too. The first year was a learning experience. But, now I can bag up an elk in warp speed with a Gerber Vital. mtmuley
All I read was California is so great! I love not being able to use a custom knife on a mountain lion (would only have to resharpen the blade 8 times to do so).Slightlysober you are the idiot of this forum and I believe a outright lying fool. You act like a juvenile in the sandbox that got his toy taken away.
One reason I never moved from CA. would cause me to worry that I would end having a neighbor of your caliber.
You were the one that mentioned taking a sharpening stone that would add to the weight. I just showed you were full of B.S. with that statement. I have doubts you even know a good knife maker that can make a good custom knife. From what you described they are beginners trying to learn the craft and you are too dumb to know the difference. Good thing you do not own a good custom knife as you strike me as a fool that would put it to a 80 grit grindstone to sharpen it
