Rambo Strikes Again

Not So blue!

He Boasts His BS & Thinks In His Own Mind If You Ban Assault Weapons everything is Fixed!

WRONG!

And about 10% of us care about this inside baseball diversion. We’re to the dead kids every week stage now.

EA, I don’t know about what exactly the duderino did to you, but he definitely lives in your head.

I will say this- the far left believes that you can cure crazy. That's crazy. The far right thinks that any change to a gun law is the end of the world. That's crazy too.

Again- If the middle could simply put aside both fringes and come up with an approach that doesn't threaten millions of legit gun owners, and actually reduces chances of crazies going ballistic, that'd be awesome.

I have heard many decent ideas that would have positive effects. The problem is those decent ideas don't take away guns from the right, so the far left refuses to support them. Oh- and the far right is unwilling to make any changes at all.

The actual problem resides with the political divide in the country. There are virtually no "middle" politicians in Congress. So stuck we are, indeed.
There are virtually no "middle" citizens in the United States. It's not just politicians, they're just a reflection of the people that keep voting them into office. Or more to the point, out if they buck the establishment even on one issue.

If they aren't hard liners, 100% of the time, their political careers are over, typically destroyed by their own party.

Example: Liz Cheney. Voting record is ultra conservative over 90% of the time, not good enough. Don't agree 100% of the time with the establishment, toast.

Not true Buzz. There are many middle citizens in the country. The problem is that social media, the political process, and a few other little changes in the last 50 years have made it so that the politicians that float to the top are far left or far right. Pick one or the other is all we get. There used to be moderate Rs and moderate Ls that could get together on critical issues to make common sense changes when the fringes could not.

Cheney? Worst. Possible. Example. She's not middle of the road on anything- she's far right on 90%, and far left on 10%. She's not advocating for any middle ground anywhere.

Well I just disagree.

The reason there are no middle ground politicians is because voters don't demand it.

The parties are more than content to eat their own. The voters are more than content to allow it.

Cheney is the perfect example, why is it wrong to be left on some issues and right on others?

I'd really like examples of the hard left issues she supports 10% of the time. She voted with the past president 93% of the time.

Name one serious issue on the minds of Americans she's trying to work that is middle of the road. Gun violence? Abortion? Illegal immigration? Inflation? No check marks dude. BAD example. So far from perfect it isn't even funny.

But oh man, she demands prosecution of Trump. It's a far left issue. Why is it far left, the lefty might ask? Because it's nowhere near on the radar of middle America. Nobody cares about it. And she spends WAY more than 10% of her time on it. Do you really, honestly believe that middle of the road Americans are calling for an answer to Jan 6? Or do they want to have a retirement, pay a mortgage, buy gas, not worry about gun violence, on, and on, and on. We both know the answer.

And, BTW, I'm no fan of Trump. I'm not going to defend him. Ya, I would vote for him over a socialist, but again, due to having no choice. So I'm not "far" right. Just pragmatic.

You're just wrong.

The only reason I live in Wyoming is for the hunting and fishing. I've had many opportunities to chase significantly more money elsewhere, always have passed.

Money doesn't drive my decisions on where to live, what does is being able to have quality elk, deer, and pronghorn tags in my hand every year.

Don't care about how many people that live here own firearms, certainly could care less about the political leaning, those things do not enter into my decisions.

Oregon and Colorado don't have even close to the quality of hunting Wyoming does. If they did I would already be there.

Get it through your head, not everyone is like you. Not everyone is motivated and makes every decision based on money.

I'm certainly not going to spend all my time in Wyoming in retirement though. We've done well enough to live outside the US a portion of the year.

I'm sure you proudly post that Bernie for Pres sign on the front lawn?

She's pro sending kids to die.

I thought we were "concerned" about dead kids.

Guess those hicks in camo sent by the Cheney's to be cut up by AK, don't matter. Only AR matter

Right, nobody cares that's why 20 million people watched the first day of the hearings:

Yeah, I get it, that's only about 1/5th of the viewership of the super bowl, 'Merica and all that. Hardly would call those kind of viewer numbers as "nobody cares".

You summed up the problem, go against the grain and disagree with the past president, you're toast. Have to hold the line at all costs, 100% of the time or you're out.

Which of the congressmen/Senators that you've voted for opposed sending kids to the middle east the past 20 years?

Yeah, that's what I thought.

You really consider Liz Cheney a Wyomingite???....hell....Dick Cheney for that matter.....
No, not at all. Apparently that only matters though when you oppose a past president and don't agree 100% with your Party.

lol....I guess I should have directed my question to a Wyomingite.....
Yeah, that would be a great question for a vast majority of native Wyomingite's that chose to vote her into office a few times.

I didn't.

Unlike you, I don't pretend I'm sooooo concerned about kids domestically, while not giving a rip about those foreign creating profits for the neo con globalists. A dead kid via a small caliber "assault rifle", is still a dead kid.

Like you, I'm old enough to remember when Cheney was compared to Darth Vader, and his lovely daughter Liz publically went after her gay sister, for the crime of..... being gay.

Now, as she's 20 points behind, and is playing the "switch parties for the primary" game, suddenly she's a "conservative".

She's Mitt Romney with bleach blonde hair. And as a public lands advocate, I'd think you'd not be a fan of her. She getting the BHS vote now?

Answer the question. Who did you vote for that opposed the past 20 years of war and funding same?

She never got a vote from me and never will. I was smart enough to know what she was a long time ago.

Check her voting record, very conservative.

Show me a middle of the road candidate to support. Wake up sleepy, they don't exist, already told you that, several times now. Can't force you to listen or comprehend.

That's the problem, candidates can't be middle of the road. And you have a listening/comprehension issue with that.

No. You SPECIFICALLY pointed to having to fall on line with Trump. And, the guy YOU SUPPORTED voted even further down the line "with a past president (Obama)

"oppose a past president and don't agree 100% with your Party"

My comprehension is just fine, even when your talking out of your Azz.

Don't over think it...that would be none.

So once again, which middle of the road candidates are voters from Wyoming supposed to support?

BTW, you still haven't answered my other questions.

Let's face it, to lesson the mentally ill mass shootings, as most mass shooters have been, you need to pass laws that require these people to be reported to ATF when they come to the attention of law enforcement, school officials and mental health officials.
If deemed a danger to themselves or others, firearms need to be confiscated from them and placed on a do not buy list to prevent them from being sold a firearm by a licensed dealer.
From my experience it has been the liberal left to oppose this as they feel it is a invasion of a persons privacy. Mental health officials, who are mostly left liberal, oppose them having to report a possible mental health case that may be a danger to themselves or others on the grounds that people will not contact them for treatment. I am not against keeping firearms from the mentally ill and I am very far right on the 2nd. I am against taking firearms from law abiding citizens. I am a big supporter of giving out concealed carry license to law abiding citizens for self defense reasons.

Grizz did Trump ask the Democrats to vote for him in the primary as Liz did recently since she is far behind the other candidate.
If she runs again in the future, it will be on the Democrat ticket.

In 2016 I would have voted for Chainy, if I’d have lived in Wyoming. I held my nose and voted for McCain, he was the Republican choice I had to vote for during the Presidential election or not vote at all.

I liked George Bush Jed’. platform and felt like, at the beginning of his Presidency, he actually tried to pass his campaign promises but in spite of having a majority in the House and Senate for two years…. he failed and eventually began to govern very liberally and in eight years seemed to me more like a Democrat than a Republican. Romney sucked me in because he pulled off a profitable 2001 Winter Olympics and claimed to be a proven conservative but he, like McCain,m and Bush, demonstrated they were and are more Democratic than Republican.

Trump called all three of them (with many many others) out for moving the country towards Bernie Sanders Socialist/Marxist agenda platform. George Bush Jr and Dick Cheney were named as incompetent by Trump, and, as usual he wasn’t polite or a gentleman about it. I believe that’s way Liz is after his butt, to get even for bad mouthing her father.

Trump did very similar with Romney but only after Romney called him names and campaigned aggressively against Trump, from day one.

Trump never said a word about McCain until McCain went after Trump. Then Trump returned his nasty remarks…… times ten.

Trump attacked his opposition, like Democrats do, personally. He took that tactic directly from the Democrats playbook.

Personal attacks work, that’s why Democrats use them, Trump continues to prove that concept everyday.

Ask folks here if personal attacks are effective in winning agreements.

Until Liz Chainy, and numerous other RINO’s began attacking Trump the National Democrats and our local friend Democrats would have gutted her with a dull knife, just like they did to McCain, Bush, and Romney when they were pretending to be conservatives. All the admiration for Chainy, McCain, Bush and Romney is purely stimulated by their desire to destroy Trump and Trumps platform.

Chainy, McCain, Bush and Romney haven’t changed at all, it’s gentleman and ladies are here that have changed because they despise Trump and anything and anyone that supports him or his platform.

Here’s a question. If Donald Trump was gone tomorrow, never to be seen or heard of again, and any other conservative moved into his place, as the front runner for the conservative public, you think Y or Z will stay silent about that person or their platform?

I don’t believe any of this has a thing to do with Donald Trump…….. it’s the platform and anyone that opposes ultra liberal world order, the same platform John MCCain told you about before he died, with 75 years of head wind behind its back.

Norway’s ideology but is one of numerous European countries that have moved forward more quickly than the US has been able to move, but no less ambitious in their desire to get there.

How many times do they have to explain it to us?

I moved to the US and stay in the US because I prefer this system. I was free to do that. There are plenty of different systems in the world, if you don’t like this one, you can do what I did, or would you prefer a one world system…….?

Cheney is the useful idiot of the left right now because she hates Orange man as much as they do. Her J-6 show trial is going down in flames. The vast majority of her campaign donations are from out of state Obama & Hillary donors & from people that can never legally vote for her. She has all the charm & appeal of genital warts... so she's got that going for her

I'm not you. I'm not claiming to be "middle of the road", then supporting the 2nd most liberal(only Kamala was more liberal) member of the Senate.

Like most the other crap you say, you try to have it one way, but do another.

I can only quote YOU to disprove YOU so many times in one thread.

Youre the one talking about Cheney and her worthiness, not me.

Vote with your feet. If things are as bad as you claim, surrounded by rednecks, guns, religion, etc, youd think you'd run.

I mean you've done well enough to live outside the country, NR Wyoming tags are cheaper than living in Norway.

I've never once claimed Cheney is worthy of anything, you pulled that straight from your...uh, imagination and pretend.

Never supported her, never voted for, and never will.

Please point out where I've said she is worthy of anything. You won't because you can't.

Things are great for me, again you sound confused.

What part of I don't care about any of that don't you understand? I've told you a dozen times, I don't live in Wyoming for the culture, the weather, the rednecks, or religion. It's for the hunting and fishing, period.

I'm going to maintain Wyoming residency for the hunting and fishing and live elsewhere. Norway is out, not leaving shoveling snow to another place I'll have to shovel snow. I want to live for 4-5 months a year out of country where it's sunny, never seen anyone shoveling sunshine. Never seen anyone catch a billfish, rooster fish, etc out of any body of water in Wyoming.

I'm sure you have though, you see things nobody else does.

BTW, you still haven't posted the names of those politicians you voted for that were opposed to 20 years of war and funding same.

I didn't.

I also don't pretend, like you. More kids died from overdose a weekend than in a school. Ain't seen your ringing hands about shutting down the border. They died in the middle east, again, no problem. Somehow they die in a school, and suddenly it's my, or any of the other 18 million AR owners fault, vand we must volunteer to give up a tool, that we don't use illegally, because....... well because Norway doesn't have mass shootings? Or because they have paid vacations. Or because cops don't get paid. Or because....... whatever other thing you can pull out of your Azz, rather than, out culture is sick, not because of guns, but because folks that you support, have broken down norms and institutions, and sold them fairy dust and fantasy.

I'm not conflicted, I don't try to have it both ways. That's you

Who was it that say.
"don't point to bad behavior too justify other bad behavior".?
That's a terribly weak response, notdon. Is a politician raising money illegal?

I can think of few things more nonsensical than a Trump supporter saying about another politician, she "has raised lots of money, that's for sure" without acknowledging their chosen candidate is the kingmaker of fundraising and sends out regular emails to millions of people asking for more money.

Heck, Trump has been raising money for Cheney's opponent. One could argue the only reason she needs to raise so much money is to counter the money Trump has raised seeking his vengeance.

If you watched the video you would see that the money she raised was from Democrats. Do you find that odd? Why would she accept money from Democrats if she's so conservative? There might not be any Democrats running in Wyoming, I don't know.

The funny part is they say they donated because she likes the Constitution. Now there's a high bar. Are they saying she's the only one? I say they're donating money because they know she's not a conservative and will join the swamp as soon as elected.

I did hear her say she disagrees with Biden's handling of the economy and that Biden's border policy is unsustainable. GASP! Pretty tough language, but I'm sure they forgive her. They know she has to say that for now.

She has raised from Democrats. She has raised money from establishment Republicans. She has raised money from mainstream independents. There's really only one group that hates her, and they only support one person and one person only.

It makes no difference to me which member of the public donates money to a candidate. All our votes count the same, we all are represented by the same officials, and we all have a right to make political donations.

Some people think it's the worst thing in the world for a representative to represent people from a broad spectrum. I don't happen to ascribe to that view.

PS. Remember when Trump gave a ton of money to Democrats and Republicans. People give donations for all sorts of reasons. It seems odd to try and disparage it discount an elected official because somebody you disagree with may happen to support that individual. There's reasons to not like somebody, that's just a strange one.

She can do anything and say anything she wants to as long as she serves a need…….for the moment. Including donating millions to her political ambitions. The second she is no longer an asset to the liberal world order movement, she’ll be tossed aside, no different than hundreds that have come and gone before her.

Who might those be? Ask Avenatti for starters. He was their fair haired hopeful a few short months ago. Just one of the hundreds others who’s self impression is blinding them to their ultimate fate. We’ve watched how this works for decades, yet we get sucked down the hole by it time and time again.

Someone said, “ Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth”.

Belittle it if you must but it seems to ring true……. as stupid and/or as we might think it is, or as it sounds.

It seems the voters in Wyoming have begun to not like how she has turned out after they elected her in the first place. She is over 20 percentage points behind in the polls. If she keeps it up, her and Biden will have something in common concerning their dislike by the voters.
I have noticed that the other RINO, Mitt Romney has been very quite lately. Maybe he sees the writing on the wall better then Liz Cheney did.

You’re giving him way to much credit R. Romney’s as blind to his own self impression as Chainy, Avenatti or any others that have supposed they were going to “show the world” a thing or two. Their love of self, makes them stooges for the left, who become noting more than footnotes in history, all the while believing they’ll go down as Joan of Arch and King Richard.

Romney’s not being quiet, he’s basking in self gratification and planning a triumphant ride….. on a great white horse! A typical social liberal, fiscal conservative, ie; give your money to the needy but leave your sticky fingers off of mine.

Romney Has Really Showed His True Colors The Last Few Years!
bc, as I look back, I think his colors have always been there, we just wheren’t expecting to see them so we ignored them, Think we were mistaken. In fact our gut was right and our head was wrong. His record in Massachusetts shows what he’s always been………. We just ass-umed he’d changed. Stupid us!!! Full blown Republican In Name Only.

You, defending her.

Hell if only Mike Lee would call Trump an insurrectionist, maybe @Buzz and you will jump on that bandwagon?

You are a troubled individual. I think you should seek some help and I'm being serious.

I don't think it's healthy for you to interact with other people, you're triggered over things that are never even said.

I am doing something I have seldom done as I actually don't mind a reasonable debate. You're going on ignore as I find no redeeming quality to you or your incoherent posts.

Good luck to you hoss, hope you get the help you obviously need.

Trump signs major public lands, conservation bill into law

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump signed a wide-ranging public lands bill Tuesday that creates five new national monuments and expands several national parks. The new law also adds 1.3 million acres of new wilderness and permanently reauthorizes the Land and Water Conservation Fund, which supports conservation and outdoor recreation projects nationwide.

Looks like Trump did do more for public land use then war monger Cheney and daughter could ever hope to do.

Shhhhhhh.

Don't tell Buzz. He didn't say anything about Cheney, pay no attention to the 10ish posts he posted. What matters most, ISNT that LWCF that had been an idea/concept for years, during other Presidents, got done with Trump. What matters is Trump says bad things.

I guess Founder must be busy scouting. @Buzz usual route is to complain to the Forum owner and demand they step in. He talks real loud, but hates when it comes back at him.

Don't tell the guy that when Brandon shuts down all permits for offshore drilling, as he is talking about, that he will crush funding for wildlife and public lands(LWCF gets revenue from offshore drilling).

Trump did yell at a dude in Georgia about voting irregularities, so screw wildlife and public land funding.???

Credit where it's due, the former president could have vetoed the bill but signed it.

Also have to take the lumps when due as well.

It's strange you mention the Cheney's, neither have been president, so had no authority to sign a bill of any kind.

Irrelevant argument.

But if we want to compare doing good things for public lands...

One thing is for sure from all the lame excuses and arguments by far right wingnuts , they don't give a FF how many people die or if the numbers could be reduced.

The augment has been successfully made that the type of weapon does make a difference in a gun fight. and it can be emphasized even more by the fact when the 2nd amendment was written the musket was a modern marvel. imagine a school shooting by Rambo with a musket. no man card with that purchase huh ? boring.

The first amendment was written before the internet, please send your argument via pony express using paper and quil pen. See how silly of an argument that is.

The government only had muskets at that time too...so it can be emphasized even more that civilians should have the same fire power and technology as the government.

You honestly believe you have the same "fire power and technology" as the Government?

See how silly of an argument that is.

...he said we should....and we should. That was the intent....
Won't happen, ever.

I don't think even the most ardent 2nd supporters think it's a good idea for citizens to own nukes, guided missile systems, etc.

I don't. Please point to exactly where I said I did. I was using it as a counter example of someone trying to make an assumption about the intent of the founders. Given they were more worried about a tyrannical government rather than school shootings, I will let you make judgements on their intentions.

George Bush Jr and Dick Cheney were named as incompetent by Trump, and, as usual he wasn’t polite or a gentleman about it.

Trump attacked his opposition, like Democrats do, personally. He took that tactic directly from the Democrats playbook.

I don’t believe any of this has a thing to do with Donald Trump…….. it’s the platform and anyone that opposes ultra liberal world order
Lump, there is so much wrong with your post that I can’t possibly get to it all.

Lets start with the absurdity of believing that trump earned his nasty disposition in Warshingdon. Trump has been a foul tempered blowhard since way before he was a Republican. To pretend otherwise is to deny reality.

And you are wrong that anyone who opposes trump is a liberal who supports a liberal platform. Trump is the most liberal president I have ever voted for and I should have trusted my instincts, but I wanted my side to win so I turned a blind eye to all of his many flaws.

But them came the outright attempt to manipulate the American electoral system. No more blind eye - or even a shred of respect - from this lifelong Republican. Nor will I any longer support the RNC as long as trump has his tiny fingers in the till.

It is indeed all about trump to me. I wouldn’t give you 3 squirts of cold piss for him OR his clan. Ever.

And that’s the truth about me.

Don’t know and I’m starting to worry. I can’t see any circumstance where I would vote for trump again.

Here in the liberal paradise of Colorado where choice and free will have been stripped from us, we had 31 candidates on the ballot in 2020. Or I may have to write you in and put my faith in Dominion.

I Can Think Of a Couple Jobs Worse Than The One I Already Have!

I Think I'll Pass blue!:D

You Think I've Had My Ass Chewed Around Here.............?

Oh...I agree with that......

Do you agree it was the original intent?
No. I doubt the founding fathers would have thought it was ok for citizens to own weapons capable of destroying large city's in the blink of an eye.

Seen “high power killing machines “ on here a few times. Soooo, someone please tell me the definition of that. Is it velocity? Is it chamber pressure? I’s it bullet weight/grain? Or the good ole “knock down” that somehow has always mattered but never been measurable. Or how about if it can “ blow your lungs out”?

We gotta define it though so we can ban it. If the .223 is the bench mark for “high power” by any of the above, better turn in those deer rifles

don't steer into lala land....You are denying the original intent was protection from a tyrannical government??
The statement was that citizens should have the same firepower as the Government.

I don't believe that was ever the intent of anything and its not going to happen.

Let me know how that purchase goes for an ICBM, Nuke, Cruise Missile, etc.
