Thanks for the extra info and it does help. I've got a pretty good idea of how the Bonus permits work, just not as they relate to NR party apps. Each state is a little different and I wasn't sure on Utah's regs. Makes it hard, and pointless, to apply as a party for a hunt when there's only 1 NR...
