I've studied this problem for several years and have come up with 2 solutions that have been completely missed by everyone, but since I'm from Utah I'll keep my mouth shut.

It was pretty disappointing on Monroe. Hunted 4 days and never saw a mature buck. Overall deer numbers were poor.

That's the best advise I've heard in a while. It's like developing a whole new skill set.
