    I hunted there once had some pics but can't find them for the time being. But I can tell you about it. You'll want to camp on the West side of the Lake where the hillside goes up to a ridge. You'll find a few bucks on the other side. On the opposite side of the Lake, there is a trail that vears...

    I got lucky, again this year, DG476. 18% chance to draw the tag. Drew the Unimak Brown Bear tag a few years back, 1% chance to draw. Drew DC481 couple years ago. Looking forward to a Sheep tag in the next few years....and maybe Bison and Ox tags too. :-)))

    The draw dates for AK is from Nov 1st thru Dec 31st. If anyone draws it, and your a resident, please contact me. I did over year's worth of research and it paid off. The logistics of the hunt can be a nightmare. You'll need lots of help too, to pull it off.

    My 2011 Unimak Brown Bear. 12' wide 9' high Green score 28 4/16" skull 5 miles from camp, yes that was a very long pack. Once in a lifetime, without a guide, as an AK Resident.
