I did not mean to @#$$ on your fire, but those numbers I provided are from the California Fish and Game score sheet as it was scored by the biologist. I agree it looks much larger, and this is a great case where score is not everything. It is an absolute PIG of a ram!!!

We have been there a couple of times hunting deer and have seen a few sheep. Do you have a lot of time to scout/hunt? It is BBIIGG country with not a lot of sheep. Ever since in burned a couple of years ago, they have been a little bit harder to find. Call in the scout plane! MAX

I have hunted with Todd before, he does a great job. He will only take a couple of hunters each year, which gives a guy the personal service this great hunts deserves. If you were to book with Todd, legitimate chance to harvest a great bull. Highly recommend his services.

That is Mr. Balsi with his PIW Ram from unit 253W. It reportedly scores 174 +/-. Another great Nevada ram. Congratulations to the hunter and everyone successful in harvesting their Desert Bighorn.

Yes, I will be hunting the Sheldon this year. I am not familiar with the area though. I plan on arriving a week before the opener to see if I can find a good buck. Bring a few spares and lots of gas I suppose.
