its a gov tag, its its own season, not any other open season, basically they can hunt anywhere in the state with a rifle from I believe July 15th til Dec 31st.

Well, looks like its official now, the state passed the shed law dates. No touching an antler in the state of Nevada from Jan 1st til April 15th starting next year. the hunting license or anything else did not get passed however, so good luck NDOW on trying to enforce this stupid law.

BeDawg, as they should be. that's pretty much how every state works. about 10% of the tags are supposed to go to non resis, the rest in state. it doesn't always work that way but for the most part yes, and that is how it should be.
