did it take this year to draw the top AZ units, early rifle this year as a NR, specifically- unit 1 rifle, 23n rifle, 9 muzzy, 27 rifle? Thanks for the input.

Don't think you will get a unit 1 rifle with 16 NR points. Archery is a different story.
