Todd do you know if anyone has measured the horns yet?

Anybody know who the lucky hunter was that shot this buck? I really am curious what he taped out at and would love to see the horns in person.

Be prepared to have people everywhere you are planning to hunt. The year I hunted I hardly ran into a person in all the scouting trips and when the hunt hit there were people on every knob. The deer get pushed hard opening weekend, so if you have one "patterned" get on him the first day or two...

SICK!! Like the way he put summer tree behind velvet buck and fall behind the hard horned. Beautiful work. Awesome deer.

I'd give my left nut for a big velvet bull on the wall. I watched my uncle pass up 3 full velvet bulls 350-375 on Monroe a few years back when we went all or nothing for Spider, I dont think I could have held out.

RE: DSLR Virgin Need Helper Pete, Funny you mention that about the T3i to T4i as I have been considering buting the T4i instead. I like the touchscreen but, I wondered about the loss of zoom. Sounds like I better save a little money and stick with the T3i.

Thought I would share the cheap setup I made in 10 minutes that works as good as the Tines Up adapter and for only a couple bucks at Home Depot. I had two reasons I wanted to make this, one was I didn't want to glue a ring on my camera and two I am a cheap bastard always looking to save a buck...
