Lol guarantee he is lying to the investigator just like he has so many times to me and other hunters that have asked the same questions "are you getting close to being done", "do you have my cape back yet", etc.

Um, pretty sure most guys have already figured that out. And most guys I'm sure are out a cape and a deposit. But I'm going to keep harassing him until I get my deposit back! Luckily I took my antlers but I feel bad for the guys that lost those.

Well I finally drew a tag and killed a bear in Utah this year. I've called a few taxidermist to have them rug the bear but none of them do rugs, just full body mounts! Do any of you know a taxidermist that does good rugs? Preferably in Utah. Also if you have some pics of your bear rug post...

That's the Utah DWR for ya!! Build up a unit and then rip it apart!! Any unit they start seeing progress or quality they start pumping the tags out for!!

Cool photo! Looks like a two point horn laying in the snow behind it. You should have stuffed it under some sage brush (GPS), came back and picked it up during the legal season!!
