NM has been great to my son over the years but he had never drawn a youth elk tag. This being his last year of eligibility, he finally drew it. Best of luck to everyone in 2023.

My son was able to get another good buck on a youth hunt in NE NM over the Thanksgiving break. Despite all the doom and gloom of 2020 we have had a great year hunting together in creating the true trophy of life long memories.

Had a great hunt with my son a couple weekends ago on his youth pronghorn hunt. Had to hike into a roadless area, but it was well worth the hike! Best of luck to everyone on upcoming pronghorn hunts.

My son and I had a great mule deer muzzleloader hunt in North East New Mexico. He was able to get a lifetime buck and as we walked up on him this other buck jumped up and I couldn't resist a chance to have a double with my son!! Another lifetime memory, to me that's what it's all about.

Took my big brother (Jess)on a muzzleloader muley hunt this weekend. Was a family affair, my 9 year old son Danny was his master guide. I was just along to drive and take photos!! Jess made a fantastic cross canyon shot on this awesome buck. Was another life time memory for all of us.

Daughter was able to put down a nice buck this weekend on the youth unit 50/52 muzzleloader hunt. Was much more difficult then expected. Big herds in roadless areas and skiddish to say the least. She was able to get it done! Happy at age 13 she still likes going out and hunting with dad.

My son introduced this buck to a Berger hybrid 95 grain .243 bullet. Made a great shot 325 yards. Dropped like he was struck by lightening !! He also has a great late season youth only muley tag and a bull tag. Off to a good start.
