My little creation I came up with after finding a Montana whitetail dead head. I boiled the skull to to get the hide and old debris off and then bleached the skull to whiten it up and lastly rubbed brown shoe polish on the antlers to take them back to looking new. It's all mounted on a cedar...

I recently bought a Ziess spotter and a Ziess carbon fiber tripod(made by Manfrotto) but the tripod is too heavy for backpacking. My question is, what are you guys using for a good backcountry tripod?
