Hey, I finally want to purchase a GPS. I want it to be a very good machine, hopefully under $350. I want to be able to easily mark spots in the field that are of interest to me. I am pretty tech-savvy so I don't mind if it has a lot of computer add ons. Just lookin for any input, thanks.

I am not seeing any posts of deer havested in washington. I know things are VERY slow in the units around me and I didn't see much hunting up north (Okanogan) on opener either... Is it a slow year or what?

Well the most common method in my area is jump shooting. We just walk along farmer'c canals. Its very fun and we do pretty well. Good luck.

My hunting has been very dissapointing so far. Saw a total of 3 deer in the Chiliwist!!! I hunted HARD for 2 days. During the same two days I saw 150 deer and 12 bucks last year. I guess the fire has the deer scattered?? Saw 7 deer last night in the Umptanum unit yesterday, 3 lil bucks but...

Why is it hard to believe a 170+ was shot in the umpatnum? I think I know the guy in that photo and the man who sent it to boone and crockett. What a monster!

Not even paypal is totaly safe unfortunately. People can file a claim saying they didn't receive the goods and if u don't have good prove that u send the goods, paypal charges your account for the goods. I lost a lot of $$ :(
