051 SANTA ROSA RANGE

WHERE HAVE YOU HIKED IN THE WILDERNESS AREA? on the west side of the range there are roads everywhere i haven't seen a wilderness access point and there are cattle everywhere even up high.

LAST EDITED ON Aug-03-08 AT 06:53PM (MST)[p]We hiked in mostly from Mullinex creek on the east side. good access to the northern end of the wilderness area. Singas creek is good area too, short hike but freaking steep......

West side access was Buffalo canyon, Falls canyon, and horse canyon......Rebel creek looked like a good access point too but it runs through some private stuff.........You got a Deer tag up there this year??

Yeah archery i am heading up friday afternoon i have 17 days off so theres plenty of time but i haven't seen anything promising and the creeks seem a little low
