Well, the sheep herder was recently in this area so you know what sheep do to deer, Run them out of there... anyway we saw 10 bucks. This buck was with 5 others. I seen them sneeking away it the trees so I took off on a run to get ahead of them and it worked. I shot him 47.5 yards almost straight up. Before the shot I realized I got in too much of a hurry and forgot my trigger so I finger shot for the first time. He was broad side when I shot, he jumped and did a 180 and my arrow stuck him in through the back leg up through the lungs and heart in to the front leg. It stayed in his body. I tracked him for 2 hours and there he was 9800 ft in the air and a long hike to get him out!!!!
