Utah is going to help eliminate all the coyote problems in other states as well. How's the state going to now if the dog was shot in the Utah. I see this lasting a month or less before people start trying to beat the system. I predict people raising coyotes for the $$$.
Good Intentions but it's going to end on a bad note.
