A little pre-scouting help

After no success drawing a controlled permit for several year, I have purchased an OTC deer tag. I'm doing some digital pre-scouting. There is a fair amount of State land, and some BLM, in Unit 74 near and around Baldy and Sedgwick peaks. It is encompassed in private land. My question; is this land accessible? Is it worth spending some scouting time there?
