...was just delivered. The video demo looked pretty neat, so I sprung for $14 w/free S&H on ebay. Walmart has them for about the same price. The doofus trying to sell them on FB, was asking $28+ S&H.

I just use my large or small pizza cutters for a lot of that, what I really need to get is a nice mandolin for fancy veggies!!

I should have mentioned that it came with an extra blade that appears to be some sort of plastic. It's meant for pastry & pizza doughs to prevent sticking.

We have pizza cutters, but they are no where near as sharp as this thing.

There was another video on YouTube of a guy that bought one and then reviewed it. He even used it to cut chicken breast & steak. I doubt any pizza cutter would do that.
