A Pot-pourri of Goodies...

...for dinner last night. We have a filet mignon with peppercorn sauce, a mini lobster tail, a bacon-wrapped jalapeno popper, some shrimp ceviche, a baked tater, a garlic breadstick, some vino & a stuffed artichoke for dessert.

P.S. - I made a new batch of peppercorn sauce yesterday.

I don’t know about a stuffed artichoke as dessert but the rest looks amazing!
That's typically how us Italians eat them -- as an after-entre treat of sorts. It doesn't lend itself to eat along with the other stuff. I guess one could eat it as an appetizer, tho..
