antelope unit 95 walk in areas question?

pretty sure I am going to cash my antelope points in unit 95 this year and was curious about these walk in areas? as far as I understand it, these walk in areas are private ranches that allow hunters for hunt on them? as far as I can tell unit 95 looks like there is plenty of public land to hopefully find a big speed goat on. the only reason I ask is because if for some reason I end up next to one of these walk in areas and a speed goat that I want to shoot is on it, wanna be 100% sure I can go after it?
